Exchange policy
NOX accepts exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with any tags intact and in original condition.
- Exchanges are for a different size of the same design, subject to availability.
- To start an exchange, email noxlabel.pk@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number.
- Return shipping is arranged after your request is confirmed. Items that show signs of wear, washing or damage are not eligible.
Sale or promotional items may be excluded. This policy covers exchanges only.
