These terms govern your use of the NOX website and any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept these terms.
Products
We aim to show our products, colours and prints as accurately as possible. Slight variation in colour may occur due to screens and photography. All items are sold subject to availability.
Prices and payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs). The current price for the NOX Signature Tee is Rs 2,800 per piece. A flat delivery charge of Rs 250 applies to every order. Payment is by Cash on Delivery: you pay the full amount in cash when your order is delivered.
Orders
Once you place an order you will see an order confirmation on screen. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, or an incomplete or unreachable delivery address.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery timelines depend on your location and our courier partner. Please provide a complete address and a reachable phone number so your order can be delivered without delay.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled under our Exchange Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, and requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access. All NOX branding and site content belongs to NOX unless stated otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NOX is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of this site or our products beyond the value of the order concerned.
